Customized interventions

Organizations sometimes need external interventions to help teams resolve problems or issues. Each such case needs to be handled uniquely, and canned approaches do not work.
Issues can be –

  • Organizations struggling to get its different functional units to work together
  • New leadership, new team, global governance and lack of clarity causing a stasis
  • Team members have grown as organisation grew; now there is an unhealthy competition for personal growth
