Sanjeev Roy works with senior business leaders as their Executive Coach. He is trained and certified in the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and has been a practicing coach since 2007.
Sanjeev helps improve the effectiveness of leaders by helping them identify and work on behavioural aspects that most impact their performance. This is one of the toughest challenges that individuals face as they move up into bigger jobs and is the core offering in the Marshall Goldsmith School.
Leaders also use Sanjeev as a sounding board given his own experience of running businesses and the exposure he has to different situations, organisations, markets and issues.
Methodology
- Begins with assessment – pschycographic profiling and 360
- Coachee is brought into process as a willing participant.
- Stakeholders are invited into the process to help provide suggestions for improvement and r
- Behavioural change programme is initiated. Regular tracking done for change with Stakeholders and suggestions updated continuously
- Coach and coachee have schedule of meetings face-to-face and online. Review after six/nine months.
