Reflections: A signature program for those at the top. It facilitates the journey of self actualisation.

Crucible: Successful organisations have a pipeline of leaders to take larger responsibilities. Crucible is a program that helps in identifying and grooming these leaders. This is run on Bullzi’s proprietary ArenaTM platform.

Up, Down & Sideways: This is a program for new and mid level people managers. As talent moves from individual contribution to managing work from others, new leadership muscles have to be exercised. This programme helps develop those muscles.
