Sanjeev is certified in the Marshall Goldsmith School (Stakeholder Centered Coaching) and uses that as one of the foundations for his work

Sanjeev uses the learnings from his NLP training of enhancing excellence along with knowledge of psychometric profiling, Enneagram practice and his own experience of running businesses to work with his coachees

He is empanelled by the American Express Leadership Academy and regularly coaches 8-10 leaders appointed by them every year for their CSR programme
