Connected Leadership Lab (CLL)
CLL aims to help emerging leaders gain key skills and knowledge to lead effectively in the virtual world. It is designed specifically for leaders having leadership experience and aims to help them become more effective and result oriented in their new role as leaders in the current WFH and pandemic driven reality.
CLL makes use of timeless leadership knowledge and modern research on leading virtually to equip emerging leaders with a host of practical resources, tools and tips that they can start implementing right away to drive better team performance.
It is a 4 module based live program spread over 2 weeks and includes lots of participatory work that helps participants discover the unique leadership approach best suited to their circumstances.
An open programme enables participants to strengthen the leadership quotient of their emerging leaders at a reasonable cost. It also allows for cross- organisational sharing and learning.
