Sanjeev Roy is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Bullzi Inc.
He was an advertising professional before making the switch in 2004. He had set up offices and divisions for different agencies across the country.

While in advertising, Sanjeev worked on his interest in people development and mentoring by being directly involved in creating and running learning programmes, recruitment and mentoring talent. Sanjeev has been trained in leadership, marketing and people management in Paris, London and at IMD, Laussanne.

He is a Certified Coach in the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching school and is empanelled by the American Express Leadership Academy as a coach. Sanjeev is also certified in NLP, DISC and is an Enneagram practitioner. He is the Chief Consultant in OD and has helped design structures and Performance Management Systems for many organizations.

Sangeeta Roy is Senior Partner and Co-founder of Bullzi Inc.
She has a Masters in Communication from Pennsylvania and has done various assignments through her career across cities and countries. From teaching assignments in her University to film making in advertising and production houses, Sangeeta has traversed both the academic and corporate world. She has worked extensively with Doordarshan, producing many of the Distance Learning capsules. Her last job was as Training Head for the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare.
Sangeeta helps in designing interventions and has developed some unique content for leadership and team building programmes.

Manali Shah engages as a Senior Consultant with Bullzi.

She works with organisations as a facilitator of engaging and productive conversations as well as longer term participatory strategy which results in a co-created strategic plan. Her focus in every engagement is to create and sustain alignment within the organisation/ group about the larger purpose, the underlying values, the vision, stakeholder participation and overall management of the process.

Manali is certified in Organisation Change Facilitation (Human and Institutional Development Forum-HIDF, Bangalore) and trained in Facilitation, Moderation, Strategic Planning (Friedrich Naumann Foundation-Germany; Genuine Contact Space-Delhi).

Sanjeev Ganguly is a Partner with Bullzi.

He comes with rich experience of 27 years + of which 17 years in the Learning and Development Space. His initial years spent in the operational department of companies like Jet Airways , Blue Dart Express has given him insight into on-ground issues and potential thus helping make training programs more effective.

With over 3200 personal man-hours training delivered under very challenging circumstances, he has successfully kick-started the L&D team for Future Group East, churning out skilled manpower capable of delivering at the desired level of work. He has run many programs for the retail sector.

Sanjeev is an alumni of IIIFT Delhi on International Business and an MBA in Marketing. He has also completed a certificate on International Management from HWZ University of Applied Science in Business Administration Zurich (Switzerland).

Shipra Uppal works on Content & Experience Design at Bullzi.

After having spent more than 4 years in different startups, trying her hand at various departments such as operations, customer management and marketing, Shipra came to the realisation that the best way to make the greatest impact is to help other organizations live their purpose. Hence, Bullzi was a natural choice. 

Shipra is a research and analysis ninja. A voracious reader and digital native, she has usually picked up knowledge and insights into an issue or sector by the time we begin answering a brief.
