At Bullzi, we are dedicated to making organisations and their leaders live a larger purpose. By tapping into their true potential. Our proprietary learning and development tools and processes have been crafted over a decade of working with some of the finest organisations and business leaders.
The objective always remains the same – by discovering their larger purpose, we help organisations and individuals “Find the Best” in themselves.

BullzI was started by Sanjeev Roy and Sangeeta Roy and today they are assisted by a strong group of individuals who are passionate about what they do.

Design Philosophy

Irrespective of the service, client industry or assignment, some common themes that run across our solutions are:
• Delivery on business outcomes that are agreed prior to the start of the assignment.
• High degree of customisation to the assignment. This is especially true for all OD and Leadership Development programmes – we do not run ‘cookie cutter’ solutions or mass programmes.
• Creative Design of solutions, be it in looking at candidate fitments differently OR designing interventions with a very engaging style and point of view.
